14 Jan Carrefour de l’Eau 2026: FITT showcasing the Bluforce System and the new FITT Sewer ICE solution
FITT confirms its participation in Carrefour des Gestions Locales de l’Eau 2026, the leading event for water sector professionals, taking place on 21–22 January 2026 at the Parc des Expositions in Rennes (France).
Once again, FITT will present a portfolio of solutions designed to meet the most advanced requirements of water supply and wastewater infrastructure, with a strong focus on reliability, long-term durability and environmental sustainability.
FITT Bluforce: the first PVC-A (PVC-HI) water supply system certified EPD® in Europe
Based on PVC-A (PVC-HI) technology, the FITT Bluforce system stands out for the high ductility of the material, its resistance to crack propagation and its excellent long-term structural reliability. These characteristics significantly reduce maintenance requirements while ensuring service continuity and infrastructure safety.
System performance is further enhanced by Power Lock technology, a socket joint with a gasket mechanically hot-inserted during socket formation, ensuring fast installation, consistent functionality and long-lasting hydraulic tightness.
FITT Bluforce is also the first PVC-A (PVC-HI) product platform in Europe to obtain EPD® certification, an Environmental Product Declaration compliant with ISO 14025 and EN 15804:2012 + A2:2019, guaranteeing full transparency on environmental impacts throughout the entire life cycle.
FITT Bluforce RJ: the innovative PVC-A (PVC-HI) pipe with restrained joint system
FITT Bluforce RJ represents a technologically advanced solution for water networks, being the first thermoplastic pipe in Europe equipped with the Bulldog® restrained joint system.
The gasket, mechanically hot-inserted during socket formation, ensures high mechanical strength and hydraulic sealing performance. In addition to enabling installation in steep or unstable soils, this solution makes FITT Bluforce RJ particularly suitable for trenchless applications, such as Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).

FITT Sewer ICE: the first PVC-U pipe with dual UNI EN 1401 and UNI EN ISO 1452 certification
FITT Sewer ICE is the new PVC-U pipe for pressurised sewer applications and gravity collectors to achieve dual certification UNI EN 1401 and UNI EN ISO 1452, and therefore KIWA-UNI marking.
The presence of the ice crystal confirms its outstanding impact resistance at 0 °C, in accordance with ISO 3127, as well as compliance with the additional requirement of UNI EN 1401, ensuring impact resistance down to -10 °C (ISO 11173).
FITT Sewer ICE is the only UNI EN 1401 pipe capable of ensuring the conveyance of pressurised fluids with a 50-year MRS, compared to other SN16 pipes and materials commonly used in sewer applications.
