37th International NO-DIG: from theory to practice

The curtains have closed on the 37th edition of International NO-DIG, which this year took place at Fortezza Da Basso in Florence, and saw FITT as a true main player, from theory to practice.

During the three days dedicated to the promotion of trenchless technologies and their application in infrastructural works, FITT met with the main representatives of the sector, who showed a lot of enthusiasm for FITT Bluforce RJ, the innovative PVC-A piping system with built-in restraint joint system and therefore ideal for HDD applications.

Numbers, tests, flow rate, minimum bending radius and all the advantages of PVC-A pipes were illustrated by the FITT team during one of the many interventions of the rich technical-scientific program of the opening day of the event, with great excitement from the attending public.

And the curiosity, interest and enthusiasm of the public grew even more after seeing FITT Bluforce RJ at work. Parco d’arte Pazzagli in Florence – just a few kilometres from the Fortezza da Basso -, was the ideal setting for a perfect match between the Vermeer drilling rigs and FITT Bluforce RJ. At the testing site organised by the leading company of the excavation sector for the installation of services and horizontal directional drilling, FITT Bluforce RJ was able to showcase all its advantages: lightness, ease of handling, strength, ductility and ease of installation.
