Training and updating activities on polymer alloy pipes have also continued in 2019: on Thursday 2nd May, a FITT representative met with technicians from Consac Gestioni Idriche Spa, the water system manager in the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park area.

The seminar showcased thermoplastic piping system solutions, design support services offered by FITT and the latest construction sites using PVC-A in Italy.

Consac Gestioni Idriche Spa is one of the companies involved in the design of new water infrastructure, which foresaw the use of PVC-A as an alternative to traditional materials.

In fact, in the next few days, “Expansion of the water purifier in Paìno in the municipality of Ascea” will begin, in which the project tender has been designed to use PVC-A DN200 PN16 polymer alloy piping for interconnection between the existing pipes and the new purifier’s accumulation pool.
